The Residential Conveyancing Team is headed by Partners, Andrew Diamond and Ann Forrest. The department includes Associate Kirsty Cooper who deals exclusively with residential conveyancing. 

The conveyancing team handle all aspect of purchasing residential property, sale conveyancing and re-mortgaging. All residential conveyancing work is handled by a qualified solicitor. The team work very closely with the Firm’s property sales arm, MacMac Residential, to ensure that our clients receive a top quality service for all of their buying and selling needs.
