The Corporate & Commercial Division provides comprehensive advice and practical support to clients in today’s rapidly changing commercial and corporate environment. We advise on commercial contracts of every kind, the purchase/sale of business assets or shares in private companies, and on business media, such as joint ventures, partnerships, Limited Liability Partnerships (LLPs) and limited liability companies.
On the company front we advise on company formation, the creation of shareholders agreements and other company related matters. We have a separate company, MacLachlan & MacKenzie Company Secretaries Limited which provides company secretarial services and acts as company secretaries to many of our corporate clients.
