The Chinese Division specialises in providing legal services to the Chinese community in Scotland. The Division is headed by Ms Ying-Wai Chan, an Associate of the Firm, and a valued member of the Commercial and Corporate Department with a great deal of experience in both commercial and residential property matters. Ms Chan is assisted by Ms Sau Ming Kwan, a qualified Chinese translator.

 

As both Ms Chan and Ms Kwan are fluent in Cantonese, with Ms Kwan also fluent in Mandarin, we are able to provide our Chinese clients with direct access to all the legal expertise they require. The Firm provides a full range of legal services. Ms Chan’s particular expertise is in commercial and residential property matters, but when our chinese speaking clients require services in relation to Family Law and Litigation, and Wills, Trusts and Executries, and the solicitor providing the service is English-speaking, Ms Kwan is able to provide invaluable translation services at no additional cost to our clients.
